Customer-, employee-, and process-oriented leadership with a pronounced curiosity and a passion for continuous improvements who has used her skills in the fields of AI tool usage, strategy development, change management, and intercultural collaboration to achieve outstanding results in various business models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long-standing experience in global companies (mostly US-based), with responsibilities for EMEA and APAC in various technical and commercial roles. Team building with a focus on strong employee engagement and maximizing employee potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Success factors included strong analytical skills, a very structured approach, high reliability, and the involvement of the local teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The intensive training in quality management that she received early in her career enabled her to optimize business processes and consistently implement continuous improvement based on the Toyota philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The biggest successes so far are the establishment of a technical service organization in China, the merging of two service areas as part of a company merger, the rollout of a new \u201eSoftware as a Service Predictive Maintenance Solution\u201c in Europe, and the successful implementation of a service management software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
